I’m really excited to share something a little different with you guys today… a look through my San Francisco travel scrapbook! Now, I’m not much of a scrapbooker, so don’t judge me too hard. But I thought I’d give it a try during my trip last month.
Gareth and I made this scrapbook as we went along during the holiday (instead of letting everything stack up, leaving us with loads of stuff to stick in when we got home). This turned into a bit of a blessing and a curse. It was really nice to document some of the smaller memories that we might otherwise have forgotten about. However, it also became a bit of a task to carry the scrapbook around and remember to fill it in regularly!
So, shall we take a look inside? Grab a drink, sit comfortably, and let’s dive into my holiday scrapbook of San Francisco…
My San Francisco travel scrapbook
DAY ONE: And so it begins!
DAY TWO: Exploring the city for the first time.
DAY THREE: Hitting up the museums!
DAY FOUR: Epic road trip!
DAY FIVE: Hiking through the incredible Yosemite Valley.
DAY SIX: All the tourist hotspots!
DAY SEVEN: One last wander around…
DAY EIGHT: Do we really have to go home?
In case you’re wondering; the photos in the scrapbook were printed with my mini Polaroid Zip printer, which was SO USEFUL to have. If you’re into scrapbooking, I can’t recommend getting one enough! All of the black stickers and San Francisco cut outs were created in advance with my Cricut (read about that here).
So what do you think?! Get in touch and let me your thoughts on my San Francisco travel scrapbook! Whether you’re a scrapbooking pro or a newbie like me, I’d love to hear from you. – Mike.
